Our class from the historical background, the process, the tastes, the food, and how to pair which kind with which food. Toasted it up with a glass of Selbach riesling.
It is amazing how such one ingredient can be so versatile for savory and sweet delights! Would love to go there as a group with girlfriends or for a special occasion for a private tasting, so much fun!
