I've tried numerous Banh Mi's in and around the Greater Austin Area in search of my favorite. While they were all delicious and I don't mind driving for something I'm craving, it would be awesome if there was a place that I can enjoy a banh mi locally.

And thanks to this group - I finally tried the B's kitchen and the Pork Belly did not disappoint. I have found my favorite Banh Mi and I can't wait to have it again.

I've had many banh mi's back home in New Jersey and even Chinatown in New York City and I can say that the B's Kitchen holds its' own among the best I've tried

The last time I hit a heavy bag was 4 years ago when @lavidadulceproject and I were members of CKO in Jersey City. ⁣⁣

Today, I was reminded of why CKO was addicting. It kicks your ass...in the flooding of endorphins rush kinda way. ⁣⁣

And since I've been on this mission to mix up what I do for HIIT cardio to improve my conditioning, I felt there was no better opportunity to dust off my gloves for some drills. And this definitely gets my heart rate up.... AND fast. ⁣⁣

I'm nowhere near where I want to be, conditioning wise but I'll definitely be hitting the heavy bag more often. ⁣⁣
